I’m looking for an organized and energetic assistant to support a busy agent and developing team. Assisting with open houses, touring homes with my clients, attending inspections, maintaining relations with my clients, running errands around town, and maintaining social media accounts.  If you have your real estate broker’s license, want to support a busy agent, and want to work on a growing but already full service team, I’ve got an awesome offer for you.  

The perfect candidate will be energetic and fun but also organized and on top of your game. I’ve built a brand name, BH Group, and I hold it to the highest standards. I’m looking for awesome support who can give our future clients the same killer service I give my current ones. For we don’t just make sales—we serve and protect clients. 

Prospecting will be provided in the form of high quality internet leads and attendance to some of Seattle’s well known celebration, networking, and charity events with all entry and donation fees paid for by BH Group.  I’ve built my business based off of a unique approach to open houses, internet leads, and event attendances - It’s more fun and efficient then the “unique” approaches that everyone is being taught.    

My team is currently made up of two associate brokers, a transaction coordinator, and myself.  Your role will be primarily to support me but from time to time, you may be assisting other brokers on the team with compensation.

Requirements:
Washington State RE Broker’s license
Strong computer skills
A reliable car
A valid Washington State driver’s license
Ability to work Friday-Tuesday every week with Wednesdays and Thursdays off + 10 other days per year
Strong social media marketing skills
Ability and willingness to dress professionally every day of the week if necessary
Real estate brokerage experience
Ability to join RSVP Real Estate

Compensation: 
If you don’t make 100k in your first year, we’ll re-evaluate both our jobs!  $5,000 for each sale you (or we) prospect and close; $2,000 for each sale I prospect and close  (If I sell fewer than 40 homes, it was a terrible year for me, btw) - With no monthly or yearly cap on the commission amount!  You WILL make over 100k!
