I assist in your home preparation, provide resources, create a strategic marketing plan, market & present your home, present all offers, oversee negotiation & transaction through closing/possession


There are 8 services that I offer sellers.  Many of these are offered by other agents, too. But, it’s not just offering it that matters, but what it entails and how each detail is executed. 

The difference is in the details.

Preparation Assistance

  • Compass Concierge - free, no interest/no fee ever. Get fronted the cost of all repairs, remodels, maintenance, and listing preparation, with those costs repaid at closing.

Digital Marketing

Unique “Guided Home Tour Video”

  • Not a “moving slideshow”, not simply random video shots of home.

  • Viewer is guided by a host through the neighborhood and home, highlighting things that I normally would in an open house

  • Plays on our listing page in every major home search tool*

 

Strategic Broker Only Open House Marketing

  • Target email marketing to agents through “Reverse prospecting” to lists of NWMLS.  These agents have clients who are interested or have sent the listing to their client. 

  • Emails will include “inside” information to have the agent feel “in” and worth their time

  • Marketing begins as soon as our listing launches

  • Prevents too many time slots being taken up by individual agent previewing and adds motivation to buying agent to show buyer (knowing how much additional effort we are putting to getting the word out and also the buyer’s agent wants to share the “inside” information while it’s still “inside” info

Strategic Public Open House Marketing

  • Targeted social media and search engine marketing to a precise demographic of potential buyers to show off “guided home tour video” and to motivate audience to virtual open house.

  • Add “energy” to the listing

  • Marketing begins at launch of listing
