Welcome home! We hope this home becomes as special to you as it’s been to us. This has been our home for the past 8 years, and we will fondly remember our experiences here.
From the moment we walked in, we felt it — the trees and the calm vibes of the greenbelt views, the easy commute. It’s been our own little oasis right inside the center of everything. Our family has really enjoyed the peace and tranquility here, and we already miss spending days of nice weather on the back porch. The trees really make the difference - it almost feels like you’re out of the city, but with all the benefits of being so close to downtown.
We love that our little corner of Bellevue is so close to everything we need and want — we’ve loved running over to Thai Ginger for dinner, and then grabbing a movie on Saturday nights without having to travel far. We’ll miss being so close to so many parks— if you’re new to Bellevue, you’re going to love the many well kept parks that are just minutes away. The location has been a lifesaver for us, being such a short drive to both downtown Bellevue and Redmond for work, while feeling tucked away. And, with the light rail opening we were really looking forward to Sounders and Mariners games without fighting other cars.
The kitchen has been amazing for entertaining too! We will always remember how open it felt, and the counter space was perfect during the holiday season for baking, making cookies, and preparing a feast.
The neighbors are very nice - Gloria and Mike live next door, and Charles is downstairs. You’ll also want to meet Karen in the next building over as well. She is the president of the home owners’ association and has become a very close friend. She ensures common areas keep running in tip-top shape, and is always on top of things for the community!
Lastly, we will miss the huge bedrooms. They just don’t make them that spacious anymore! We had more than enough room to turn our bedroom into a “hideaway” spot when our son and his friends were downstairs playing video games. But the 2nd bedroom was big enough for them to hang out too! And since the bedrooms are on the top floor of a corner unit, it feels like you are living in a single family home.
This isn’t just a condo — it’s a lifestyle that gave us peace. We hope you fall in love with it all, just like we did.
