From the seller

10 Things we already miss about living here:

  1. The community: The neighborhood is full of warm, welcoming families with young children, and their inclusiveness made us feel like we had truly found our “village” to help raise our daughter.

  2. Family-friendly events: We loved meeting other families for weekly play streets, park meet-ups, trick-or-treating, and egg hunts in the park.

  3. Close proximity to Licton Springs park and playground: Having the park across the street felt like an extended yard space. There were always families there playing with their children at the playground or people taking their dogs for a walk along the trails.

  4. The yard and garden: We loved growing our own fruits and vegetables in our backyard planter boxes and hosting friends for grillouts and play dates

  5. The quiet and secluded location: Being in a back building offered additional privacy and noise reduction.

  6. The neighborhood businesses: We were regulars at Pilgrim Coffeehouse and often shopped at the local Super Saver grocery store.

  7. Easy commute: The proximity to 1-5 and Highway 99, as well as the light rail, allowed us to get downtown or to other places quickly and efficiently.

  8. In-suite bathrooms for both upstairs bedrooms

  9. Large closets offering lots of room for clothes, shoes, and other items.

  10. Proximity to Green Lake: We loved being within walking distance of the Green Lake walking trail, wading pool, stores, and restaurants and often frequented this area.
