Parking and directions to Compass Fremont

Meeting Brian in Fremont? Start at the parking lot, not the street address.

Brian Huie works from the Compass office at 837 N 34th St, Suite 100, on the Fremont canal next to the Burke-Gilman Trail. Maps send drivers to the street side of the building, so use the parking lot pin below.

Parking

Two ways to park

Both start at the U-Park lot, 904 N Northlake Way, beside the building under the Aurora Bridge.

Option 1 · Paid lot

Park in the lot out front

Park in the U-Park lot and pay at the kiosk (scan its QR code), then walk to the Compass door, the first door next to the garage doors. This is the option for evenings and weekends.

Option 2 · Validated garage

Park in the building garage

Weekdays, 7 am to 5:30 pm. Take a ticket at the garage gate and bring it inside; Compass validates it. Step-by-step route below.

Turn into the lot at the star. The validated garage entrance is at the north end of the lot.
Garage route

From the garage to Compass, step by step

  1. Drive to the back (north end) of the U-Park lot and through the garage doors.
  2. Take a ticket at the gate and keep it with you.
  3. Park in any space marked "Visitor," then walk back toward the garage doors.
  4. Take the door just to the right of the garage doors. Walk past the elevators, around the corner and through the next set of doors.
  5. Continue past Columbia Sportswear, down the hall toward the glass exterior door. Compass is the last door before it.
  6. Ring the doorbell, or call or text Brian, and bring your ticket in to be validated.

Turned around? Step outside through the glass door. Compass is the first door next to the garage doors.

Driving in

Coming over the Fremont Bridge

  • From Queen Anne, cross the Fremont Bridge, one of Seattle's historic drawbridges, still operated by a person.
  • Turn right on N 34th St at "Waiting for the Interurban," the sculpture of six people waiting for a train.
  • Take the first right under the Aurora Bridge, the first right at the Burke-Gilman Trail, then the first right into the U-Park lot.
Eastside meetings

Meeting Brian in Bellevue or Kirkland

Brian also meets clients at two Compass offices on the Eastside.

Bellevue · The Bravern

700 110th Ave NE, Suite 270

Enter the Bravern retail parking garage and park as close to the ruby elevators as you can. Cell reception is weak in the garage, so head up to the retail level and follow the building maps to Compass.
